Dear Friends,
In Excel 2010, when right clicked, CUT, PASTE SPECIAL & INSERT appears grey. My add-ins are already disabled.
I am handicapped and lot of work is pending due to this issue.
pls Help me out.

Perhaps the worksheet is protected. Clickon <Review> tab and look under "Changes" to see whether protection is turned on.
