concatenate question

Hi All

I have the below formula in my spread sheet

=CONCATENATE("Therefore a total loss of ",Summary!F54," over one year or ",D19," hours per year

The cell value of Summary!F54 shows up as a 12 decimal place number even though the original cell is formatted to 2 decimal places.

How can I show this as a 2 decimal place number when using CONCATENATE
