Hi, new to Excel, and struggling to find a simple formula for awarding fixed bonuses when sales reach certain values.
It goes like this:
SALES - BONUS
0-75€ - 0€
75-125€ - 10€
125-175€ - 20€
175-225€ - 30€
225-275€ - 40€
... ...

you could try this... =LOOKUP(A2,{0,75,125,175,225},{0,10,20,30,40}), it assumes that the values of 0 to 275 are in column A beginning at cell A2.
