Difficulty in deleting specific duplicates

Hello everyone. Trying to figure out how to specifically delete duplicate rows in my column A that are a certain color.

I have attached a photo of the excel document.

For example. The foreclosure file number 15SP01159 is listed in column A and was scrapped in from another website along with hundreds more and made yellow to categorize it as "new". I have already looked at the property and marked it orange. How can I get excel to recognize the duplicates and only delete the yellow ones that are 1 row above it.

*I am trying to delete the whole row and not just the one column duplicates
