PLS HELP! Need to find value based on an ID and then date.

Hello All,

I know this is a relatively simple function, but I'm swamped and have been up too long to want to think this through.

Just need tab 2 to find the values from tab 1 based on the following:
- find the same value in column A
- then return the fruit with the latest date

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.
