Formula to Capture Multiple Values for one Identifier

Hello All, trying to find an easy way to capture multiple values, in this case training courses, for a detailed list that includes one line per person, where each person may have attended 1+ training courses. The detailed list is then used for a dashboard so the unique list, meaning one line per person, is required.

I have a list of training courses each person has completed, which can be multiple courses and am trying to find the best way to capture the information. I am attaching a picture along with a sample spreadsheet, any suggestions welcome as one solution in my head requires manual intervention for a very long list, so open to any easier solution. Thank you in advance.
