Using VLOOKUP to find value in dropdown list

    Hi all,
Need some help with an issue I'm having.
I have attached the worksheet below.

The issue that I'm having is that when two different people are selected from the dropdown lists in cells C10 and C12, the "Batting" table (starting in D132) shows every other person as being "IN" (from cells E10:E30). Added to this, when numbers are added to cells K10:AD11, the "Batting" table shows all players as getting these scores. How can this be fixed?

    Thanks
