I need auto update summary from supporting data

Dear All,

i need auto updated count in summary from supporting data.

in attached sheet AB column having date & time.

date & time will be change every day.

i need every day 8 AM TO 9 PM count.

please help to getting summary.

if possible through macro than share coding for same.
