lookup from another sheet in same workbook

Hi All,

This will be bread and butter to all you Excel whizzes , but i'm struggling with it.

i have a sheet called "catalogue" where i need to insert the price that corresponds to the same code from the "data" sheet.
If a new row is inserted into the "data" sheet, the price in the "catalogue" should stay in the same cell that corresponds to the code.

I've tried lookups but without success, the "data" sheets has blank rows but the price is always on the same row as the code.

i think i have inserted an attachment.

Any help appreciated.
