    'Sumifs' does not add up numbers based on given criteria

    Hi there,

    I seem to be having an issue with 'sumifs' that I've never had a problem with before... "=SUMIFS([Averaging Hours],[Pay Period],"<=Hours[[#This Row],[Pay Period]]")" is returning a value of 0. If anyone could tell me why this isn't working and what it should be, I'd really appreciate it!
