Automatically Assign a URL as a Hyperlink

I have a sheet with thousands of codes in column A and associated Invoice numbers in column B. There is then a URL (hyperlink) in column C which when clicked takes the user to an online copy of the invoice (see sample attached, note: the URLs are not real in the sample as the data is sensitive).

What I need to be able to do in column F is a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH to return the invoice number based on a lookup of the code in column A but for the result to automatically have the associated URL from column C assigned to it as an active hyperlink.

I don't even know if this is even possible or how on earth you would go about it?

If you already have the HL in column F, why do you need it again?
