Copy values from one sheet to another sheet using conditions

Hi All,

I need an urgent help on this. I have to copy only unique site ip from sheet1 to sheet2 and fill the site issue against site ip. On some dates some sites are missing in that case a line should be written like "No report". For eg - on 28-Oct-14, site Ip 10.101.101.4 is not present then in sheet2 under the date column of 28-Oct-15 a line should be added "No report". Daily i get thousand of sites any macro any formula plz help so that i can save my lots of time.
