Document submission schedule and percentages

Hi people!

I have a nice question, hope you can help.
A have an excell file in which i keep track if the customer has submitted documents to us and if we submitted them back as well.
There are 120 documents and we issue them in revisions. So first time its submitted is rev a, next is rev b. Etc.

Column A has all the documents ( no 1 to 120)
Column B the revision (A,B,C, etc)
Column C/D/E are just titles
Column F is the submission date of each revision

Now i want to see if i can make something to find out the following:

1: how many of the 120 document are submitted in revision A
2: how many revision A are in which month (so for example 5 were uploaded in September, so this is xx% of the total)
3: how many of the 120 documents are final approved (column J approval code) if a document is C3 it is approved.

If somebody could figure out how to make that coding, that would be maximum awesomeness!!
