Pls help with randomly generating numbers from a specific grid of numbers

I知 trying get the formulae correct (for the three cells highlighted in yellow in the attached) for generating a new question (platinum) sheet as I have done for my son in the bronze, silver and gold tabs of this work book. i.e. with the bronze, silver and gold tabs, I hit F9 and print a new sheet out for my son to practice. The purpose of these sheets is to help him achieve some specific goals that have been set for him at school.

The platinum question sheet I知 trying to design, will have a 100 questions and my son will have one minute to answer as many questions as possible without skipping any questions. The parameters are as follows:

- all four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), mixed up
- multiplication and division covering all the times tables up to 12 x 12.
- Addition and subtraction covering number bonds to 20.

I have managed to find a way of generating four of the six types of questions needs for this platinum sheet I知 designing, but I知 stuck on the division and subtraction questions (i.e. the formulae needed for the cells highlighted in yellow).

Any help with these formulae would be much appreciated.
