Lightbulb Filter a table according to a table of criteria

    Hello everyone,

the goal is to have a file, where I can choose a workstation and get a list of all employees, that have the required skills.

I have two tables, one with a list of skills and a required grade for each workstation. Then a list with employees and their respective grade in each skill.

I created a Pivot to visualize the neccessary skills for each workstation, but cannot find a solution to get a list of possible staff for the chosen workstation.

Any good idea or pointer in the right direction would be most helpful...

    Cheers!

Hey, that is actually nice and easy. I probably use for starters, but for the real thing I have 42 workstations, 96 skills and 90 employees... hm, but with the use of some filters it should be workable. Maintenance will be a pain though

Some heavier stuff! I did not have time to optimze it, but including some VBA code can help to perform the task. Hope it helps!
