    Re: concatenate

Hi, and welcome to the forum

Please clarify your request. I don't understand it. The best way to do this is upload an example workbook and manually add the result you expect to see.

    Re: concatenate

    Hi All,

The problem is I have P1 to P4 columns, I need to concatenate data from P1_95 to P4_95 as well as P1_90 to P4_90 into P1 to P4 columns.

The constraint is that if P1_95 and P1_90 are containing any alphabet same then P1_95 should be retained as the data from P1_90 to P4_90 contains small letters and data from P1_95 to P4_95 contains capital letters.

I have attached a sample file which contains Data sheet and expected results sheet as well. I am trying to get, plz help me. thanks a lot.

    Regards,

    Rajesh M S

    Re: concatenate

In c13, wht is the MINIMUM value concatenated with a letter, when in the other rows, it is the MAXIMUM value that is concatenated with a letter?

    Re: concatenate

    Hi Glenn,

There is no minimum and maximum values. The only requirements is what i have posted earlier.

    Re: concatenate

I don't really see how to do this by formulae. I have asked others, expert in VBA, to have a look at htis.
