Okay - so... the attached spreadsheet includes three tabs. The data is on the first tab, and the two other tabs (market, submarket) show the outcome of an advanced find. The market works.. the submarket does not. Do you have any clue why? Thank you so much!

Your SubMarket Checks are showing as text rather than as Logical T/F. To correct this
On Data! Select the Submarket Check column and choose "Text to Columns" (Data tab)
Then hit Finish.
Check your submarket tab and reapply your advanced filter

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

okay.. just tried this on the original spreadsheet.. what happens if the cells have a formula? When I did the text to columns it's now showing the formulas. Is there a way around that?
