Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.
Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.
To change a Title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
(This thread should receive no further responses until this moderation request is fulfilled, as per Forum Rule 7)
In addition to the request from Pepe, you should remove ALL personal information from your submitted file.

Thanks for the link but I need to use formulas for each step. I don't even know where to start if someone could tell me the steps I so I can study (understand) it and work it out?
The attached sheet "Tax-NI" has the "basic" calculations you may need. You could check the accuracy by using one of the n=many TA/NI calculators found on the Web.
Most calculations are simply maths =: subtractions and multiplications
e.g, =(D1-C1)*0.20 to calculate tax at 20% rate, where D1= is Monthly Salary and C1 is monthly tax allowance.
Hope this helps get you started.
Why on earth do you want to run and rely on spread sheet for payroll is beyond me? Payroll is very sensitive area and excel is not the right tool. Why can not you invest like £10 per month on payroll software? Money manager or Moneysoft is no brainer and the best one I have come across? In fact there are many free payroll applications on the net. How are going to handle AE? Do you know all the NI and Tax thresholds and exemptions?
