Hi,
I need to ask for your expertise on how I can get the late hours and under time hours if the setup of my data is like the one attached?
Your help in this will be greatly appreciated.

Princess!!!
I came up with:
...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again. Please Login or Register to view this content.
This sums up the total time. If you need to see the variance compared to L, you could just do L-formula.

In AI3, AI formatted as hh:mm or [hh]:mm
=SUMPRODUCT(--($M$2:$AH$2="Stop Time"),M3:AH3)- SUMPRODUCT(--($M$2:$AH$2="Start Time"),M3:AH3)
= 01:07
In AJ3, formatted as %
=AI3/(L3/24)
=112%
In AK3, formatted as time
=IF(AJ3>1,AI3/AJ3, AI3)
In AL3, formatted as time
=ABS(AK3-AI3)
Not sure what Schedule Adherence (AM3) refers to.

Thanks daffodil11 and ChemistB. Both formula gave me the same result. They are very helpful.
