new user-- function question

Hi everyone,
I'm a new user of Excel and was wondering if a certain function exists. I use a spreadsheet to do ordering for my bar, and I want to create an additional, printable table only for things that are ordered in any given week. So instead of printing the entire inventory list every week, I would only print the relevant items that are coming in.
Is there a way I could enter something like "IF value >0 duplicate this column"?

Please post a file showing your data and required results: make the data as realistic as possible.

As a new user, are you familiar with the autofilter feature? http://www.wikihow.com/Use-AutoFilter-in-MS-Excel As a first guess, this sounds to me like what you want to do.
