Hi!
Is it possible to highlight multiple cells that contain certain text from a list? I would like the formula to be like this:
Highlight cells in red IF cell contents are in a list or table ( either or )

Highlight using CF.
Use your ctrl. key, highlight the list, and then also select(keep the crtl key pressed down)-highlight the cells/range you want to see if cell contains. Go to CF, and follow the prompt. Home, Styles, Highlight Cell Rules, text that contains. Do report back.
