HELP with Finding similar values in same date range -- Multiple Criteria

I got the question, and I hope you can help.

Basically, I got two separate lists.
Tab 1 has list of names, with Events starting at specific date.
Tab 2 has another list with similar names (for the same people) with event start dates, which can be same, or different from the start dates in Tab 2. For this reason, I am using quarter/week values.

Is there any possibility to have some sort of Index/Match or similar function, which would look for the name from Tab 1 (column D) in the TAB 2 (Column A), if it finds it similar - then looks for Event Start date in TAB 2 and compares it with event dates in TAB 1. If this is found similar (or exact match), then in TAB1, on the Column J it displays YES, if not - NO.

So basically - if the same name is in both sheets, and within the same Start date and End date - then answer is YES, if not - NO. If same name, but dates mismatch - answer is NO. If dates are same but names not there - answer is NO.

I have even started of replacing all the names in tab two.. but I got like 16.000 entries in TAB1 sheet and 300 entries in TAB2, so manual intervention is highly unlikely...

any thoughts how to achieve it?
