Post How to apply Lookup using multiple variables.

Hi Everyone, Hope you all are doing great!!

I want to apply a look-up for below data.

Variable A B C D E
Population
AZ 444 34 355 432 456
AA 112 33 21 23 11
AB 553 356 45 336 236
Sample
AC 334 34 33 654 567
AD 44 46 23 466 64
AE 45 244 324 44 1234
AZ 677 78 340 78 900

Variable A B C D E
Population
AZ
AB
Sample
AC
AE
AZ
AD

Can we use Index and Offset/Match function to apply the look-up .As AZ variable is repeated twice but under different sub heads, using Index and Match combination only picks up values for unique match for first sub head only. I also used concatenated values from heading and AZ/AB..., but as there are more than 200 headings doing so is not efficient.
Any help will be appreciated!!

So what would some sample answers look like?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
