Does VlookUP work in this scenario? - Urgent Help

Hello Guys.

I am having trouble with an exercise.

We have 2 sheets.

First sheet Has 6 Columns ABCDE & F.
2nd Sheet has 2 columns A&B. In column A there are multiple Surnames like Jack, Ben, etc divided by commas ON EACH ROW. In column B there is the name of the company where each of the names in column A work. On each row, different companies.

Back to the first sheet : Column B i have one name on one ROW. I need to put in column F The corresponding company names for each worker in column B.

How do i do this? I Used Vlookup function...i formatted the text in different ways. But i dont get the correct result. I either get the N/A error, or simply the results i get in column F are both BAD and GOOD (if i use TRUE).
