Updating links to new set of Workbooks each month

We get 50+ workbooks in each month with the reporting for those entities.
We have a consolidation workbook that is linked to each of the 50 submissions.
The filename for the each submission is XXX-MM-Reporting where XXX is the org ref, MM is the current month.
At the moment the team manual updates the links in the consolidation workbook to the following month.
I think the solution lies in the INDIRECT formula but I always get lost with it.
Help please.

This only works on open workbooks, so if that is an option, great. Otherwise, take a look at using the MoreFunc add-in for that, it allows INDIRECT to be used on closed workbooks
