subtract numbers in rows from a given cell

In cell c3 i want to have a number that i manually enter, and whatever i put into c3 to c500 i want to have a product of in c4, that means, everytging that i put into c5:c500 will be subtractet from the number in c3, and the sum will appear in c4.
what code can i use here
