Populate source Table with set of numbers

I am trying to make player batting cards for a Baseball game that uses three dice, 10-39 numbering sytem with 216 possible results. I have two tables-one representing my source table-(probability each dice number will be rolled out of 216 chances) a second table that represents set of numbers and result of a players individual batting card. My question is how can I get excel to populate the card result rows on my source table based on the data (on card chances/216) from the players card totals. For example HB has one chance and matching it to 19 on the source table is pretty simple. It becomes more complex when an F=27 and more than one value from the source table is needed. Also working out the many number options. Thanks for any help in advance and I do have a worksheet attached if this would help.
