    Question Formula to calculate required month

    Hello Excel Guru,

    I'm facing a problem to calculate and set the required month of my excipient list that I can take proper initiative to purchase.

    Please help me if you have any solution.

    See the "V" column that you can understand how i'm doing it right now.

    Change it

    V2=T5-SUM(D5:R5)

    Except for replacing =T5-(D5+E5+F5+G5+H5+I5+J5+K5+L5+M5+N5+O5+P5+Q5+R5) with =T5-sum(d5:r5) I have not clue about what you are trying to do.

    Please give some explanation

    "T5" Is my stock, First (T5-D5) = If it turns in minus figure, I'm setting required month as Jan'16
    Second (T5-(D5+E5)) = If it turns in minus figure, I'm setting required month as Feb'16
    And I'm giving an input in "W" field that in which month the material is required first.
