Hi, I am having trouble with formatting text times into hours worked
I receive an automated report with the data formatted in hours and minutes as a textExampleAlthough I am trying to have the data formatted as hours
160h
1h 03m
128h 22m
9h 30m
ExampleI am sure there is a simple way to do this but I just cant seem to figure it out
160h = 160.00
1h 03m = 1.05
128h 22m =128.37
9h 30m = 9.5

You can setup ugly nested substitute like:
=--SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(A1,"h",":"),"m","")
