alternative to VLookUp

Hi Im looking to return data from a list that contains more than one of the same item in the lookup column
normally there should not be more than 4 of the same Names in col 1


I need to do something similar to a VLookup but I need the ALL The returned items to be reported in separate columns preferrably. ( See Below)


Simple Example of TABLE to Get data from


NAME PIC NAME SCORES

JONES RED ROSE 21
SMITH BLUE Rose 25
MURPHY GREEN FLOWER 24
MICHAELS LANDSCAPE 22
JONES SUNSET ARCH 21
MURPHY YELLOW FLOWER 20



The data will be posted into a Master Sheet that contains EVERYONES NAME - I would like it to look like this result
