    TRIM Text for entire worksheet?

    can I TRIM Text in entire worksheet? is there any formula ? or require Macro ?

    If your data is in sheet1, I'd put the following formula in sheet2 cellA1 and copy across and down to replicate the range you want trimmed from sheet1

    =trim(sheet1!A1)

    Then copy the newly created range in sheet 2 and paste it back as values into sheet1
