Looks like Excel is treating your concatenation as text for some reason. Change your concatenation formula to =VALUE(C37&"/1/"&$A$37) on E37, and vlookup should work properly.
Replace F37 copied down with
=DATE($A$37, C37,1)
Your current formula returns text not a number (date)

Hi
Also note that the date in A2 is 1/3/2016 which is not in the vlookup data hence the error.
Dates in Column F are TEXT so need converting to proper dates.
Why not enter them as 01/01/2016, 01/02/2016 (UK dd/mm/yyyy)?
Hello:
ChemistB's solution will work for my situation.
Thanks to all.
