Specify minimum result on formula

I am creating a spreadsheet to calculate weights to be used for a weightlifting program. For instance, I am using

to calculate a warmup set at 40% of the value of the M29 cell, rounded off to 5 pound increments. However, there are times where the result of that formula is less than 45 pounds. Since the bar itself weighs 45 pounds I cannot have any warmup weights less than that.

Is there a way for me to tell excel to return a value of 45 if the result of the formula is less than 45? In the linked image there are multiple weights that have been calculated that are less than 45. I need the minimum value returned to be 45.
