Formula needed to populat matrix

Hi,

I'm looking for a formula (please see attached wkbk) that will populate the matrix starting in cell G2. It should match up the ID number from column A with the Date from column B to populate the value in column C in the matrix. I prepopulated the matrix to show the results I am looking to obtain, however I need a forumla to expedite this for a larger set of numbers. Any help would be greatly apprecatiated.
