    How to print value by matching data on two columns..

    I have data in column C than I need to print correctly in column G by matching the contents of column E with column A and than matching column F with column B. I know how to do Vlookup on a single column but I couldn't figure out this one. I need the value in column G as shown clearly in image and also attached excel.
