Filter and Print of data on the basis of possible matching character.

Hello 2 All,

I am having a data set which is a combination of country and their capital or Capital with country. I would like to make filter and print of repetitively existing data set in another column shown in attached file.

The same procedure which I would like to perform available with filter on contain basis ("AND" "AND" kind of condition). I am having huge data set with various kind of combination, So I am looking for a formula or macro to short out this issue.
