IF formula or multiple criterias

Hi Excel Expert
I have using IF formula that including few sets of criterias. I only need to meet one set of criteria and turn the value to positive if meet one set of criteria. But it seems my formulas not work correctly. Appreciate your help on this.

Try this in E2:
=IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(A2&B2&C2,$A$8:$A$10&$B$8:$B$10&$C$8:$C$10,0)),-D2,D2)
Enter with Ctrl+Shift+Enter

Which one formula resolved your problem (if resolved)?
You've schema and you can do more criteria then you defined in #1 post.
