Good afternoon all,
I have been followinghte forum fro sometime now, and I can't say enough good things about the site! It's been a fantastic source.
Attached is a worksheet. wherein the left side has been provided to me (and yes... I know the % complete column is a mess). I would like to provide a couple of peices of information to my team.
1. A weekly historical look back from 03-11-16.
2. A forecast through the end of the year.
I have attempted to provide a "calculated % complete" on the right side table with a wk1, wk 2, wk 3, etc, etc... summary of all the percent completes at the bottom. The only "actual" number I have is highlight in yellow (28%). I will be given an "actual" number every week from this point forward.
The historical look is, for me, just a nice thing to provide, but more important data is the forecast going forward - their target percent complete for the tasks list.
Is there a way to accurately look back with a calculated historical percent complete, but more importantly, how do I give them a forecast or target?
Thanks for your help ahead of time...
Robert (first time poster)
