Help i am trying to create a live calender!!? Please

It should do. Using Control Panel, change your system date temporarily to 1st April to check it out.

I have tried to change the month by just manually typing in April but it does not seem to have an effect on the days of the month. Thank you for taking your time and replying me I think its the days of the month I am having a problem with simply because the month and the year can be changed but then the days themselves are proving difficult for me. The formula you gave me works miracles and have finished the whole database I was trying to build however its just trying to ensure that the calender is a live and functional calender.

I've changed the file so that instead of looking at TODAY(), the formulae now look at the date in cell O1, so you can change this how you wish to simulate other days (you could just put =TODAY() in O1 to return it to how it was).
