OK I hope that I have picked you up on what you need. (Student Roster was still password protected)
1. Date from "Student Roster" I12 to be start date on Week1 then Week2 +7 days, Week3 +14 days, Week4 +21 days.
I called G7 "STDATE" (named range) on Week1 then copied across ie STDATE+1 etc
Week2 G7 STDATE+7 then copied across ie STDATE+8 etc
2. create a named range on "holiday" called "leave"
add up to 30 dates
3. Holiday dates from "holiday" sheet list to be highlighted on sheets Week1, Week2, Week3, Week4 by date/day
