Click on the "+" sign just above column K to unhide/hide the "key" columns I added to make this clean and easy. It's a set of columns "Indexing" the rows by grade choice.
Then on the other sheets, we are counting the number of students per grade and putting that in cell C1. Then the column A formulas are using that number in C1 to go get that number of student IDs from the first sheets.
The rest of the grade sheets pull their information off of the IDs that appeared.
