I have done sumif function for the text filter but there is logic for few which has to be filter with two condition in same cell value.

Not clear to me what you mean: Re-post your file the sample results in N4:P4..filter with two condition in same cell value.
... there are no cells with "New, Old" in TYPE if that is what you mean.

I want dynamic formula... so for example : Ramesh will not have New & Old.
Can be formula be fixed at that cell to check the sum of amount
I don't understand what you mean by "dynamic"; all parameters are variable (see attached) so it can't be more dynamic.
