Slicer

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a dashboard for my project through slicer.

I have two different Sheets with different data. See the attached spreadsheet i have created slicer. But how both the slicer link to each other.

Is there a possible way to link two different data with single slicer. Thank you.

1. Define new PT1 manually and check there: Add to data model
2. Define new PT2 manually and check there: Add to data model
3. From PT1 create slicer1
4. From PT2 create slicer2
5. Right click on Slicer1 and select: Report Connections...
6. In new window check all checboxes
7. Right click on Slicer2 and select: Report Connections...
8. In new window check all checkboxes
9. Done.

I am using Excel 2010. Is there a way to use this Excel 2010.

I see your MS-Off Ver: 2010 & 2013

You can try Creating Relationships but I'm not sure it will work with slicers connections.

in 2010:
Join two different sources into one and make two PT from one source. Probably you will be able to connect two slicers.
