    Question Slicer Help

Hi, I am really stressing myself to try and organize my data in this format and I have no idea how to! Could someone please help me with this, I would really appreciate it.

I have an excel table with customers that are in different segments. However, some of the customers fall into single and multiple segments. I would like to put the data into a pivot table with a slicer that is able to view both customers in single and multiple segments. I am not sure how to explain this properly in words so I have attached my excel sheet.

If you look at the excel sheet, under the "Data" worksheet, I have Customer A, B and C. These customers fall into segments Household and Commercial. The problem I have is with customer C which falls into both segments.

In the "Pivot Table" worksheet I have a slicer which filters out Segment 1. However, using the slicer to filter Commercial segments, it only shows Customer B and does not show Customer C which is under both segments. Is it possible to also show Customer C while using the slicer tool while maintaining the values in the slicer as only "Household" and "Commercial"?

Also, is there anyway of not showing (blank) in the Pivot table for blank values in the data?

    Thank you so much!

    Re: Slicer Help

    Hi kianhui.lim,

    Welcome to the forum.
Slicer works with one filed filter at a time, so you need to find some other way of doing it. Thanks.
