    Help with a formula to give multiple answers

    hi i need help with a formula for my spreadsheet posted below
    i am new to this type of formula and not very clued on on vba's.

    exactly what is it you want?
    this is what you noted in your sheet and it doesn't really give enough info to give you an answer...
    what I also want is column I to categorize the descriptions so I can put them in another table
    Make contributors happy, click on the "* Add Reputation" as a way to say thank you.

    i need a query on column D to determin a category in column I as posted
    i manually typed in categories in column I but want it to post them automatically
    when i paste in my statement
