as i have count 13 for single site id but i want show only 1 place of SITE id "like" "8137" infront of every 13 count thanks in adavance

I want like this

instead of

Not really sure what you want - your explanation isn't clear - but try this:

=COUNTIFS(A:A,"8137",B:B,"13")/COUNTIF(A:A,"8137")
