Lookup 1 criteria and counting errors

Hello,

On the attached I am trying to find the below:

'12348' and how many times this has been listed in sheet 2 as a b/x and a b/c.

I have started some one the formula that is =(COUNTIFS(Sheet2!B:B,"B",Sheet2!F:F,"X")) but that is only counting how many times the b/x or the b/c appears and not searching for the numbers '12348'
