Hello.
I need a formula which will copy cells as they are, unless they are higher than 28, in which case, the number 28 should be inserted. If a cell is blank, I require it to stay blank, and not go to zero.
My simple IF(OR(C24="",C24<28),C24,28) formula worked well, but became wrong somewhere along the line: blanks became zeros, which messed up an =AVERAGE calculation, to follow.
Is there a better method?
I have extensive data and have attached an example worksheet.
