Offsetting a named dynamic range which is offset itself

I have two input dates on Sheet 2 (Sheet8 in attached file); Start, End. I have a list of dates on Sheet 1 (Called Calculations in file) and a named list which is a dynamic range of these dates, call it Date_Full = OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$4,0,0,COUNTA(Sheet1!$A:$A)-1). This is a sequential list of dates.

I have a couple issues when I create a named list called Date_Partial = OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$3,MATCH(Sheet1!Start,Date_Full,0),0,Sheet2!End-Sheet2!Start+1). Sometimes when I select it in the List Editor it highlights the right range, and other times it does nothing. Very spotty.

Now, for this last task I'm want to move Date_Partial over columns to select data, for example Data_1 = OFFSET(Date_Partial,0,3). This doesn't work whatsoever.

Have I stacked too many OFFSETs together? Any thoughts on what is going on, or how to correct this issue?

Thanks.

EDIT: I attached the actual spreadsheet, if that helps. It isn't finished, but I think it's awesome so anyone that counts calories might be interested in it.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook. The workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
