Can I Only Show Suppressed Columns With Multiple Rows?

Say I am working with 2 columns (opportunities and projects). 1 opportunity can have multiple projects associated with it. Because of this, I suppress the opportunity column and get results back where in some cases I have 1 opportunity and 1 project, while in others I show 1 opportunity and 2 projects or 3 projects. Is there a formula I can utilize that will filter out those suppressed opportunities that have just 1 project associated with it? I need to only show those opportunities that have multiple projects.
